Our Housing Units
Terra Housing Co-operative Ltd. has 2 and 3 bedroom, 2 story townhouse units. Each unit is equipped with a fridge and stove, and up to 2 licensed pets are welcome. Current monthly housing charges are:
- $939 for a 2 bedroom unit
- $1050 for a 3 bedroom unit
- Please note that housing charges generally increase 3% each year
- Water, sewer and recycling expenses are included
- A car parking space is included
- Members are responsible for electricity, gas, phone and cable

Our Governance
Terra Housing Co-operative Ltd. is governed by several committees that are tasked with keeping the properties functional and fun. These committees include:

- Unit Inspection Committee
We provide Saskatoon residents with quality townhouse rentals. 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom affordable housing run under the co-op business model.
