Our Housing Units
Terra Housing Co-operative Ltd. has 2 and 3 bedroom, 2 story townhouse units. Each unit is equipped with a fridge and stove, and up to 2 licensed pets are welcome. Current monthly housing charges are:
- $912 for a 2 bedroom unit
- $1019 for a 3 bedroom unit
- Please note that housing charges generally increase 3% each year
- Water, sewer and recycling expenses are included
- A car parking space is included
- Members are responsible for electricity, gas, phone and cable
Please feel welcome to complete and submit a housing application. It will be kept on file until you are contacted for an interview. Upon acceptance, you will be placed on our waiting list. Please note that the wait for a unit can be extensive.
Our Governance
Terra Housing Co-operative Ltd. is governed by several committees that are tasked with keeping the properties functional and fun. These committees include:
